I have started my journey at about 1815 hrs from Bhopal. Booked a rapido and different inferior cab arrived at my place.
I was forced to take the cab by the driver and with great discomfort I have travelled some distances and took an early drop. Later, I have booked OLA to reach airport.
Booked a cab at Delhi Terminal 2. The driver asked me to come to airport exit road and I have cooperated after boarding the cab, the driver didn't asked me OTP but reminded me about the fare and cancelled the trip.
When I asked why you done so, he started telling me to off load from vehicle. When I said I will call the police he has started moving the cab.
I am terrified by the way the rapido is working.
Please for God's sake DO NOT use RAPIDO

Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to complaint about the Ride ID: RD170578****916507. This is with rider Abhi Mon.
A payment of Rs 48/- was showing pending. He hitted me 2 fights. My lips are swollen. He hitted on my face.
I am previously operated with Brain Tumor in 2011 and I cannot walk or speak clearly. Because of hitting me, my body is shivering. The driver is accused of Section 307, Mental harassment, He snatched my mobile also, so I also taken aback. But, he cannot do so.
The driver is kannada and I am from north India. The driver started drawing line between this. I claim compensation of Rs 10000/- at least, As I suffered much, I will need to make a complaint directly with government. Else, I will have to go for social media violations.
(as this is serious I have to go).
Also, I want written action to be taken against driver, else things will need to go for FIR.
If any mishappenings is done with me by driver tomorrow, I think Rapido or driver needs to responsible for that. So, therefore kindly requested to preserve by identity.

Yesterday(6/ Mar/2024), I had a distressing encounter with a Rapido rider named Mohammed Zabi. After booking a ride and reaching my destination, I promptly paid the fare.
However, to my dismay, the rider claimed that he hadn't received the payment and refused to acknowledge it in the app.
This incident has left me both frustrated and disappointed. Not only was I inconvenienced by the rider's dishonesty, but I am now unable to use my Rapido account due to this unresolved payment issue.
It's disheartening to see how someone could resort to such deceit over a trivial amount of just 31 rupees.
I urge all Rapido users to be vigilant and cautious when dealing with riders, and to report any instances of fraudulent behavior to the company immediately. Let's work together to ensure the safety and integrity of our ridesharing experiences.

It's avery bad service till now.. The capitans are never on time.. And waiting for more then half an hour they ask to cancel ride
