Repido rider misbehaving and using abusive words to my mother

I booked a ride for my mother from Rapido, which is Rs. 803, as I saw in my app at the time of booking the ride.
When the cab driver dropped my mother at the location, he was asking for extra money and using abusive words towards her. When I talked to him on the call, he was also abusing me, and when I told him that I was calling the police, he agreed to the real fare. The cab driver's name is Muddasir Ali, and his rider ID is RD177881****0398217.
After that incident, I tried to reach Rapido customer care, but I didn't get any response from their side; only a bot was replying to my questions in their app. So, I request everyone not to book a ride from Rapido because it is not safe.

I recently booked an auto ride from my area to Dwarka ISKCON Temple through Rapido for 124 (priority ride). However, after reaching the destination, the driver demanded 150, claiming he took a longer route of around 4 km.
I have been a regular user of Rapido for a long time and have always paid the exact fare shown in the app.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The driver was also disrespectful while speaking and insisted on extra payment without any valid reason.
Additionally, I have noticed multiple times that the vehicle numbers do not match the details shown in the app. Even today, the auto number seemed incorrect, which raises serious safety concerns.
As a customer, it should be my choice which route I prefer, and I should not be forced to pay extra after the ride is completed. Fares on the app are already quite high, and such practices make the experience worse.
It feels like there is no proper supervision over drivers.
I request you to:
Take strict action against such drivers
Ensure vehicle details always match for safety
Assign only well-rated and verified drivers to my rides
I am attaching screenshots of the ride and payment for your reference. If such experiences continue, I will be forced to stop using the service.

He is overcharging customers and exploiting them by asking for extra money. Instead of accepting payment through Rapido, he is asking customers to transfer money to his personal bank account.
This is the driver information and vehicle number registered on the rapido but he was coming by the different auto number end's with 1782. Please take action against him so that nobody can face the same experience.
I have also sent you the screenshot of my payment. Please take action against him.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I dropped to a passenger at her location, but percentage can the QR code for payment. Payment was done by passenger, but they not credited in my account.

This is with regards to my ride on 30th Dec to IGI Airport. We were supposed to go to Terminal 3 but the app did not ask for any terminals so I had simply put IGI Airport as the destination.
However, for some reason the app picked up Terminal 2 so the cab stopped there and ended the ride there but we needed to go to Terminal 3 because our flight was from there. We didn't want to be stranded there with our family so we tried booking another Rapido XL ride from there but there was not any option available for XL. So, the driver dropped us there offline but he charged us 594 rupees for just 2 KMs which was exorbitantly high!!!
I would like to escalate this matter because I tried raising this issue via the Help option in the app several times and kept waiting for an agent to talk to but didn't get any response at all. I will write this on all social media platforms that how their drivers loot and deceive customers!!!

What the *** is even toll fee when the driver did not go through any tolls? And parking fee? They have parking terminals in the airport.

Additionally, my personal belongings were damaged; my phone screen has developed multiple cracks, and my spectacles were broken. Despite this incident, the driver denied responsibility, and I was still required to pay the full fare. This has caused both physical distress and financial loss. I have photographic evidence of my injuries and the damaged items, and I will also be obtaining medical and dental reports.

i have shared my id and people have just been closing and resolvinf chats with no solution, I do not want the rapido cash, I need the 1800 sp that I can Pay for the lost Item. I am done following up since 4th Apr please get this done, I dont have the product because your driver stole it and I am at a loss and your rapido credit is no use for me.
I have so many tickets logged with my ID, worst service and mental harassing service! I will never use Rapido again.

I booked a parcel delivery today around 2 PM in Jaipur. The rider Vijay Bio (UP14GS7168) picked the parcel but his phone is switched off and the parcel has not been delivered yet.
Parcel value is around 6k. Please check urgent. I want my parcel back or being delivered at any case .
